The department plans academic matters at the beginning of the academic year. The head of the department calls meeting of the departent on different subjects related to academic planning and they discussed. Following  aspects are discussed in these meetings.

 a) Teaching: - Preparation of the teaching plan, and discussion about the syllabus etc.

 b)  Tests:-  Conducting tests for the students, content of test, first term examination  etc.   

 c)  Syllabus completion:- At the end of first term as well as at the end of the year, 

       syllabus completion report is submitted to the Principal.
