Academic Planning:-The department plans academic matters at the beginning of the academic year. The head of the department calls meeting of the departent and different subjects relating to academic planning are discussed. Following aspects are discussed in these meetings.

           a)  Teaching: - Preparing teaching plan, discussion about the syllabus etc.

           b)  Tests:-        Conducting tests for the students, content of test, first term

                                    examination etc.

          c)  Syllabus completion:- At the end of first term as well as end of the 

                                year , syllabus  completion report is submitted to the principal
